Position Summary:

Reports to the Director, Treasury & Capital Management.  Responsible for performing a wide variety of technical accounting, banking, and administrative functions that require extreme discretion and accuracy in compliance with company policies and management directives.


Essential Functions:

  1. Identify, assign, and code daily incoming and outgoing bank transactions.
  2. Reconcile corporate cash accounts to general ledger daily.
  3. Assist with site bank reconciliations on a monthly basis, ensuring completeness of general ledger data; assist in resolving reconciling items.
  4. Assist with reporting of capital management dashboard to track key business liquidity metrics.
  5. Monitor positive pay daily; process stop payments.
  6. Assist with the analysis of monthly accounts receivable aging reports and bank compliance reporting, as required.
  7. Maintain records of customer payments; notify sites timely when payments are received.
  8. Assist with the opening of bank accounts; process signatory changes and account closures as required.
  9. Make corporate and facility remote bank deposits.
  10. Assist with the accounting and reporting for the corporate Political Action Committee.
  11. Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of required reports, ensuring they are promptly and accurately submitted.
  12. Assist with special analysis as required.
  13. Maintain accountability of property; adhere to safety practices.


It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.


Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent and two years of accounting and/or banking/treasury-related experience.  Type a minimum of 60 words per minute.  Must have knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office programs required, specializing in word and excel.  Demonstrated ability to work well in a team effort.  Unless waived by management, a valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.
