Description
As a Residential Advisor you play an integral role in helping students prepare for living independently. Hartford Job Corps, a residential school that provides job training & academic enrichment, at no cost, to underserved youth (16-24 yrs old) is seeking a reliable, mature RA to support our students as they prepare for their futures. $17/29/hr. with great benefits options, 401(k) and generous paid time off. (Hour unpaid meal break daily.) Opportunities in men's and women's dorm.High School diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license w/acceptable driving record; computer proficiency. Experience working with youth - coaching, residential support, tutoring. Prefer that staff be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
