-Evaluate and audit 20% of placement folders monthly and perform quality control on all OA folders to ensure all required information is included and appropriate. Present findings and concerns to
- Identify errors for correction utilizing the MTC error correction form. Report to respective manager for
correction action plan.
-Report data integrity errors by career transition services specialists to area manager.
- Ensure all DOL, MTC, and contract policies and standard operating procedures are followed.
- Provide training to all OA/CTS staff as it relates to program compliance.
Oversee direct recruitment activities, including public speaking; develop linkages with referral sources such as contact potential enrollees to explore enrollment.
-Assist admissions counselors when necessary with providing guidance on maintaining goals.
-Follow-up on student progress; length of stay and separation.
-Prepare, schedule and provide outreach presentation in the assigned areas; provide outreach
presentation in support of the regional outreach efforts.
-Maintain accountability logs of organizations and individuals contacted, referrals to screening agencies and subsequent enrollments.
-Coordinate and maintain communications with centers pertaining to center input needs.
- Refer youth to designated screening or other support agencies as appropriate.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and three years of clerical experience. Associate’s degree preferred. Must have working knowledge of computers and various software programs, i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
