Management & Training Corporation is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager at the Gregory S. Coleman Unit, located in Lockhart, Texas and Kyle Correctional Center located in Kyle, Texas.

This job is a shared or clustered position.  The position requires travel and performing duties between both facilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent or GED.
• Four (4) years full-time, wage earning experience in an adult correctional environment or related field required.
• One (1) year of experience in supervisory capacity preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license in the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.

• Reports to the designated Warden.
• Directly supervises the compliance sergeant/FTO.
• Responsible for the oversight of the quality assurance and accreditation requirements in compliance with Management & Training Corporation and Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) directives.
