Reports to the academics manager.  Responsible for all administrative functions related to the processing of student schedules in compliance with government and management directives. This position pays 16.00 per hour.

Essential Functions
In this position you will operate electronic data processing equipment, assist in the administration of TABE, Pre-GED; interpret test results and enter testing data in to the computer system, perform input and make adjustments necessary to ensure student schedules are prepared for each training week, and assist in performing tests on data equipment when error conditions occur to determine the source of malfunction. Special care will also be taken to review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Preparing related reports as well as local reports for distribution to appropriate departments; maintain schedules, rosters, and accountability will also be among your consistently performed tasks. You will also provide form control functions including revising/developing forms, monitoring supplies and reordering forms as needed and ensure submission of weekly course completions. It is mandatory that you understand and comply with government and company requirements; report any noncompliance concerning student schedules and progress history to the director of designated school and deputy center director. Above all, make sure to Provide positive, quality customer services to students, staff and other center customers, maintain a safe environment for students and staff, and cultivate and maintain a climate on center which is free of harassment, intimidation and disrespect to provide a safe place for staff and students to work and learn.

It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent and one year clerical experience. Associate's degree in business or related field preferred. Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required.  Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management.
