Description
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Minimum Range: $18.00 - $19.00, depending on education level and directly-related HR experience.
Essential Functions: Perform a variety of human resources duties, including providing guidance to management and staff, assisting the HR manager, and answering routine to complex human resources questions.
Duties vary, but may also include:
Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field and one year related experience. Directly-related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements. SHRM or HRCI certification a plus. Computer proficient with advanced MS Office skills and accurate data entry. Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication and knock-your-socks-off customer service skills.
