What you will be doing
This is a non-exempt position that will report to the director, finance & administration. Responsible for documenting receipt of supplies, equipment and materials and maintenance of related receiving files, including data entry, and receiving, issuing and ordering supplies, in compliance with government and management directives.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and one year related experience required.
  • Computer proficiency required.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • May be required to obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL).
Essential Duties:
  • Document receipt of supplies, equipment and material and maintain related document files. Deliver supplies to using department as required.
  • Maintain supply storage areas in clean organized manner.
  • Conduct supply inventories and reports as necessary.
  • Prepare purchase order requisitions as necessary.
  • Provide reports as necessary.
