Are you looking to grow in your behavioral health career?  Management & Training Corporation (MTC) has partnered with the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to develop a community-based behavioral health assessment and treatment program for justice-involved clients.   We are especially interested in recruiting employees in the Williston and Devils Lake but will consider qualified applicants residing anywhere in North Dakota.  While this North Dakota position is mostly remote, there will be times when working in a designated office will be required.  We will offer comprehensive diagnostic assessment services, as well as group and individual interventions for those with substance use disorders and other treatment needs through a combination of in-person and telehealth delivery models.  MTC offers flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to assist in designing and implementing a cutting-edge, evidence-based treatment model.  MTC has made a social impact for 41 years by helping youth build successful careers and providing a wide variety of rehabilitation services for incarcerated and justice-involved adults.

Our team members enjoy competitive wages, affordable health, dental, and prescription drug insurance, paid time off, 9 paid holidays, flexible schedules, 401(k) with company match, and a chance to make a difference every day! Full and part time opportunities available for many positions.
