Description
Responsible for the supervision of center security which includes safety, and fire protection, in compliance with government and management directives. Directly supervise security officers; provide staff training, evaluate staff performance. Oversee the administrative functions of the security department.Education and Experience Requirements: Associate's degree and two years related experience working with youth, one year experience which should be in a supervisory capacity. Directly related youth program experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements on a year by year basis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
