Career Transition Specialists make an impactful difference in our students' lives. The specialist assists students in their work placement once they have completed the program and make regular contact with them during the follow-up. Verifying, documenting and reporting placements while maintain regular contact with other members of the team on center is vital to this position.

• Bachelor's Degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications or closely related field; or Associates degree and two years related experience required.
• Pay is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required
