At the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Academy in Morganfield, Kentucky we provide at-risk students with the tools they need to be successful at no cost to them or their families. 

The Earle C Clements transportation team is looking for substitute bus drivers to help be part of the impact on student’s lives. Our substitute bus drivers ensure that the students have transport around center and to activities off center as well. Maintaining a safe and clean work area, performing routine inspections on center vehicles and adhering to established schedules are an important aspect of the position as well.

• Starting pay is no less than $16.20 an hour.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required. Must be able to obtain CDL license within 150 days of employment if not already acquired.
