When you work as a Career Transition Special at Hartford Job Corps, you have a phenomenal opportunity to help newly credentialed students enter the workforce in their trade. As a CTS use your salesmanship to build and maintain employer relationships, while coaching students in the job search process and helping them build on their employability strengths. M-F 8am-5pm. $25.09/hour plus bonuses. Medical, Dental & Vision, Life & STD coverage at no cost for premiums. M-F 8-5, Generous PTO. Bachelors degree or Associates with two years of related experience. Valid driver’s license with good driving record. DOL recommends staff be fully vaccinated.
