Management & Training Corporation is hiring a Grievance Coordinator at Gregory S. Coleman Unit, located in Lockhart, Texas and Kyle Correctional Center located in Kyle, Texas.
This job is a shared or clustered position. The position requires travel and performing duties between both facilities.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from a college or university accredited by an organization by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of Education (USDE).
Major course work in Criminal Justices, a Behavioral Science , or a related field preferred.
Each year of full-time, wage earning criminal justice experience my be substituted for thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university on a year for year basis.
Position Summary:
Reports to the designated wardens. Responsible for supervising the offender grievance process in compliance with Management & Training Corporation (MTC) and Texas Department of Criminal Justices (TDCJ) directives.
