OVERNIGHT RESIDENTIAL ADVISOR - Men's DormHartford Job Corps, a residential school that provides job training & academic enrichment, at no cost, to underserved youth (16-24 yrs old) is seeking a reliable, mature RA to monitor dorm activity on the night shift. Help students gain important independent living skills and understand the importance of reliability, perseverance and teamwork. Overnight Schedule: Wed thru Sun 11:15 pm to 8:15 am. Must be AWAKE during entire shift. $17.00/hr. Free medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability (no premiums), 401(k) and generous PTO. (Hour unpaid meal break daily.) High School diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license w/acceptable driving record; computer proficiency. Experience working with youth - coaching, residential support, tutoring. Bilingual a plus. DOL prefers that staff be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
