Brief Job Description:

- Repair/replace damaged fixtures, electrical outlets, ceiling and floor.
- Maintain and preserve old and new surfaces.
- Install window glass/screens.
- Perform routine checks of the heating system.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training and general knowledge of maintenance/repair and two years related experience. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Applicants must pass background check and drug test.
