MTC and the Imperial Regional Detention Center are hiring for a Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LCSW, LCP) to plan and implement professional mental health service programs for our clients  Our wholistic work environment fosters team interactions in a BIONIC (Believe It Or Not I Care) setting.
Salary: $84,043.44
Exempt position

In this role, you will:

• Develop/implement treatment and therapeutic programs for assigned patient load
• Application of crisis intervention techniques, diagnosis and evaluation tests to determine patient needs, goals and plans
• Assume independent clinical responsibility for all patients
• Conduct diagnosis and evaluation tests to determine patient needs

Requirements:
Master’s degree and CA State license to practice therapy is required. Valid CA license required. Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Licensed Clinical Psychologist is required. Two (2) years previous work experience preferred. Valid driver’s license in the state of California with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
