Career Counselors at Earle C. Clements Job Corps Academy are an impact-making part of our students’ lives. They provide direction to students in areas of their trade, personal needs and leave forms. While assisting students in all areas, our counselors also work closely with other departments to ensure continuous educational and program modifications are done throughout each student’s stay.

• Salary is $32,000 to 38,000 per year
• Shift for this particular opening is Sunday through Thursday.
• Bachelor’s degree and one-year related experience in counseling or related field required.
• Course work must include 15 credits of instruction in social services-related instruction.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.
