Description
Hartford Job Corps, a residential school that provides job training & academic enrichment, at no cost, to underserved youth (16-24 yrs old) is seeking reliable, mature RAs to monitor dorm activity during the prime shift: Sun-Thurs 2:45pto11:45p. Help students gain important independent living skills and understand the importance of reliability, perseverance and teamwork. Must thoughtfully, actively and effectively engage with students. $17.00/hr. Free medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability (no premiums), 401(k) and generous PTO. (Hour unpaid meal break daily.) High School diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license w/acceptable driving record; computer proficiency. Experience working with youth - coaching, residential support, tutoring. Bilingual a plus. DOL prefers that staff be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
