MTC is seeking a full-time Psychologist for our location in Post, Texas. Flexible hours, great work/life balance, variety in your caseload are just a few of the reasons we know you'll be happy you pursued a career with MTC. 

Schedule: M-F days
Salary: $125,000-$175,000 per year
Setting: Adult male

In this role, you will: 

  • Supervise the mental health professionals.
  • Responsible for planning and implementing all professional psychological service programs of a non-medical nature in the facility.
  • Support and assist health services team, at all levels, in delivery of quality patient services and development of facility goals and policies related to quality assurance and mental health services.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Advanced degree in psychology and appropriate certification or licensing from the state of Texas required.  Five years’ clinical experience, two of which must be in a comparable position preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a background check. Valid driver’s license in the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management. 

Post Hire Requirements:

Must successfully complete annual in-service training requirements and maintain current, active certifications.
