Wage:  $70.000 - 80,000 / year
Schedule:  Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

 Brief Job Description:

• Plan, coordinated and direct the administrative and programmatic activities of the directorate.
• Provide staff training, evaluate staff performance and implement departmental changes,  
• Develop departmental budget.
• Develop and implement new and revised policies and procedures. 
• Regularly access and audit directorate for and contractual compliance and quality of services to students.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and four years related experience in program management, three of which must be managerial.  Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Tongue Point Job Corps Center is operated by MTC for the U.S. Department of Labor. Located at the mouth of the Columbia River, the Center is one of the five largest employers in Clatsop County. Students apply for admission and work at their own pace, guided by academic and career training instructors who are committed to their success. Tongue Point offers students training in 12 vocations. We are the only Job Corps Center in the nation with a seamanship program; it is the Center's largest vocation.
