Position Summary

Responsible for providing academic instruction to offenders in accordance with approved curricula in compliance with MTC and TDCJ.

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Must meet Windham School District and Texas State Board for Educator Certification requirements for area of assignment. Valid driver license in the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record required unless waived by management.

Post-Hire Requirements

Must successfully complete annual in-service training requirements to include physical agility testing and pass an annual background check, which must be approved by TDCJ.
