Pay: $17.00 per hour
Work schedule: On-call (as needed); 7AM-4PM, Monday-Friday
Job responsibilities: A substitute teacher will be responsible for providing academic instruction to offenders. Management & Training Corporation (MTC) provides offenders with basic direction in compliance with approved directives from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and MTC.
Position requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or GED.
- A valid driver license in the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
