MTC is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager with adult correctional experience! This position pays $17.00/hour.

This job is a shared or clustered position between the Gregory S. Coleman Unit and the Kyle Correctional Center. The position requires travel and performing duties between both facilities, located inLockhart, Texas and Kyle, Texas. _

Education and Experience includes:

  • High school diploma or equivalent or GED.
  • Four (4) years full-time, wage earning experience in an adult correctional environment or related field required.
  • One (1) year of experience in supervisory capacity preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.

Position Summary:

  • Reports to the designated Warden.
  • Directly supervises the compliance sergeant/FTO.
  • Responsible for the oversight of the quality assurance and accreditation requirements in compliance with Management & Training Corporation and Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) directives.
