Description
Description: Report to the community life director. Will directly supervise the senior residential advisors and residential advisors. Will be responsible for management of assigned residential living dorms, which includes a safe and homelike atmosphere, dormitory, and maintenance, social skills, dorm culture, and student leadership.Qualifications: Associates degree and two years related experience working with the youth. Two years working in a supervisory capacity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
