Responsible for the management of finance, maintenance, information technology, and maintenance duties and staff. Select, direct and train personnel.

• Develop and implement budgets, financial forecasts, projections and cost analyses.
• Create and ensure policies and procedures are adhered to, making adjustments as needed.
• Perform audits to ensure compliance for finance and contractual services to students.
• Provide leadership to direct reports and assist in the success of all students. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree and three years experience, two years of supervisor experience preferred. Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management.
