Registered Nurse (On-call)

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Conduct physical examinations of inmates, maintain a daily log of all medications received and a daily log of all medications dispensed to inmates which details the name and ADOC number of the inmate, the type of medication and the dosage. 
• Assess condition of and prescribe treatment for inmates reporting to sick call.
• Maintain records of inmates attending sick call which details the diagnosis and treatment of each inmate.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Associate degree and a valid license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona required. Valid driver's license in the state of Arizona with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
