Location: Edinburgh, IN

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Job responsibilities: Administrative personnel act as a liaison between departments for smooth interactions to better the center. The role is also responsible for reporting outcomes and achievements of the center and the students/or inmate. As a part of the administrative team, you will organize and prioritize schedules, events, and reporting activities.  

Essential functions: 

  • Provide oversight and approval for all CTS placement folder to meet data integrity guidelines
  • Evaluate and audit all placement folders after placement to ensure all required information is included and is appropriate. Present findings and concerns to appropriate manager
  • Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of student services. Prepare related reports.
  • Audit case notes entered each month. Identify errors for correction utilizing the MTC error correction form

Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • HSD or equivalent and 3 years related experience
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in word processing, automated database management, and office organization skills.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required
