Position Title: Correctional Officer-On Call
Facility Name: WILKINSON COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY
Location: 2999 US-61, Woodville, MS 39669
Status: Part-Time, 12hrs
Position Summary:
Reports to the designated sergeant. Responsible for the custody and discipline of inmates in the facility in compliance with American Correctional Association (ACA) standards, Management & Training Corporation (MTC),and Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) directives.
Essential Functions:
It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. A valid driver's license in the state of Mississippi or Louisiana with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management. Must successfully complete annual in-service training requirements.
