Pay: $16.45 per hour minimum starting wage

Job responsibilities: Transportation personnel are responsible for keeping vehicles in a clean and orderly condition. They will operate vehicles to transport passengers. They will act as a monitor to ensure positive group relations in off center activities.  

Essential functions: 

1. Operate vehicles to transport passengers and/ or packages. 
2. Maintain vehicles for routine service, clean vehicles, and check fluids. 
3. Perform routine vehicle inspections daily and recommend mechanical repairs as needed. 
4. Supervise and monitor off-center activities and provide guidance for positive attitude and behavior. 

Education and Experience Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One-year experience as a licensed driver.
• General knowledge of vehicle maintenance/repair.
• Valid Commercial driver’s license with an acceptable driving record or ability to obtain CDL permit within 90 days and commercial license within 150 days of employment.
• Experience working with youth ages 16 and up and/or customer service experience preferred.
