Job responsibilities: This position is responsible for the management of Career Transition Services and Outreach & Admissions in compliance with Department of Labor (DOL) and Management & Training Corporation (MTC) directives.

Essential Functions: 

1. Oversee the management of employability development efforts for each student from career development through career transition phases of the career development student services (CDSS).
2. Assist with development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting the outreach/career transition services (OA/CTS) systems.
3. Assess and audit outreach admissions and career transition Department regularly for contractual compliance and quality of services to students and centers. 

Education and Experience Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, or closely related field, and
• Two (2) year related supervisory experience.
• A valid driver license in the state where the facility is located with an acceptable driving record required
