Job responsibilities: Responsible for the management of Career Transition Services and Outreach & Admissions in compliance with Department of Labor (DOL) and Management & Training Corporation (MTC) directives.

Essential Functions

  1. Evaluate staff performance, provide staff training and implement department and personnel changes as approved by the director of career development, and coordinated with the manager, human resources prior to implementation.
  2. Oversee the management of employability development efforts for each student from career development through career transition phases of the career development student services (CDSS).
  3. Assist with development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting the outreach/career transition services (OA/CTS) systems.
  4. Assess and audit outreach admissions and career transition Department regularly for contractual compliance and quality of services to students and centers. 

Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, or closely related field, and
  • One (1) year related supervisory experience.
