Job responsibilities: 

Responsible for the management of outreach & admissions and quality assurance staff in compliance with government and management directives. 

Essential Functions

  1. Evaluate staff performance, provide staff training and implement department and personnel changes as approved by the director of career development, and coordinate with the manager, and human resources before implementation.
  2. Maintain an effective outreach and admissions program to meet contractual goals and quotas, directly recruit students and conduct job development activities and hold staff accountable for not meeting goals. 
  3. Ensure all required forms and records utilized in the recruitment of students are prepared, documented, verified, and transmitted to the data center by requirements. 
  4. Assess and audit outreach admissions regularly for contractual compliance and quality of services to students and centers. 

Education and Experience Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, or closely related field, and two (2) years of supervisory experience or Associate’s degree and four (4) years of supervisory experience. 
  • One (1) year related supervisory experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

** This position also oversees OA staff at the IndyPendence location, as well as other satellite offices in Merrillville and Fort Wayne. Therefore, travel within the state of IN will be necessary on a somewhat regular basis, at least once every other week on average to one of our other sites. Also, travel out of state may be necessary for training purposes.
